The car salesman I had was Mickey Rodriguez, he is very considerate and very helpful. Due to me getting turned down from 4 other car dealerships, I wasn’t in the best of mood to be happy. I just wanted something else. Mickey assured me that he would do his best to assure I would be leaving with a suv, which I wanted. It took a long week ! And I came to grounds that it wasn’t happening but it did, when he called me to come get the car, I wanted, I was so excited! I really appreciate Mickey and the dealership. They are very understanding, has great customer service and will try their best to accommodate with you. I recommend them and thank them 🙂

Terrible Experience – Wouldn't Recommend

I recently purchased a car from and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. First, the sales process was misleading, with promises that weren’t followed through. The car I bought had multiple issues within the first month, including a faulty transmission and inconsistent braking.

What really pushed me over the edge was the customer service. Every time I called for assistance, I was put on hold for what felt like hours, and when I finally got through, I was passed from one department to another with no one taking responsibility for the issues.

To make matters worse, the repair process has been slow and inefficient. The dealership keeps giving me vague timelines, and I’m now weeks behind schedule without a working vehicle. Honestly, I expected much better quality and service, especially for the price I paid.

If you're considering buying from I would advise you to look elsewhere. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing from start to finish.

Great customer service, So glad I found I auto express credit. I was helped by Mike , who was very professional and made my car buying experience very easy. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return. My old car broke down and needed a car ASAP. Auto express credit was the only dealership that had the best price for the right car. And made sure I left their lot with the car I’d admired, I bought myself a 2022 Honda Civic Sport and I’ve had my car for a week now and it drives great.  Thank you so much Mike 😊

Mickey was my salesman and he did a phenomenal job ! He went above and beyond to make sure I got my car and I fell in love with the car that was picked! Mickey gave the best customer service (all the staff members was respectful and made me feel comfortable ) . I’ll recommend Mickey to anybody , he gets the job done and makes sure the process is smooth as possible !!
