I have a Brand new Mavic air 2 that I purchased unfortunately when I took it home I got a notice stating device activation prohibited contact dji error and could not fly the drone. I don't have time to fix it and don't know how to fix it. Aesthetically it is in immaculate condition, no scratches anywhere on the drone itself or controller. Brand new just can't fly it because I guess of software issue but all the hardware is perfect. I'm selling the drone and it's accessories as a whole but willing to part ways with controller and battery seperately for someone who needs those parts.
