Description

Selling the leftover parts from a recent computer build. If you'd like I can show you it's running with a spare power supply and RAM. Everything is hooked up besides power, so it's hopefully an easy first build for someone. Throw in a graphics card and it'll make a solid gaming desktop too. The AIO water cooling the CPU is in a push/pull setup so I would like to just sell the whole thing rather than dismantle it for parts. Other than that there is an i5 6600k that overclocks nicely to 4.2ghz without voltage changes, and an Asus z170-e motherboard. Case is a Corsair 460x RGB, comes with 4 case fans, 2 of which are part of the push/pull around the AIO. Only known issue is that the motherboard didn't post when using dual channel RAM (only when skipping slots). I sent it back to Asus a couple times and they said it's fine for them, so you might be able to make it work. I used it with 2x8gb and it worked fine as long as the RAM sticks were right next to each other. Supposedly this is a bit slower but it never caused any issues for me over the course of a year or two. I can throw in 16gb (2x8) of Corsair Vengeance LED 3200mhz RAM for $60. It's what I used previously with this PC but I moved it to another build until I could find a replacement. With that and a $50 PSU this is a fairly strong PC for about $400.
