Cannondale SL3 Mountain Trail Bike for sale, needs a tune up

We have an around circa ~2010 model Cannondale SL3 mountain bike for sale. This is a hard tail, with a solid frame. The sticker for the frame size was off when we got it, but looks to be a Medium. The tires are bigger than my other medium so it stands a bit taller. White frame with red accents throughout. No cracks, bends, etc, just dings and scuffs from riding. 26” x 2.1” Maxxis tubeless ready tires - tires are beefy and ready for the trails. Both front and rear holds air well. We were going to restore/rebuild the bike, but my wife has gotten out of mountain biking and uses our cruiser/townie a lot more since the lockdown. The bike has some upgraded parts. Shimano components. Hydraulic disc brakes - the rear brake is out. Needs to be serviced. The shifter will also need to be serviced. It’s currently in gear and I can ride it far, but needs a service. It has a one bi (1x), upgraded RaceFace crankset The drivetrain has been swapped from your traditional 3x8 (24 speed), 3x9 (27 speed). No more messing with the front derailleur, just the rear. 1.5” head tube Cannondale C4 stem Carbon Beiou handlebar that’s not Cannondale brand . Cannondale red locking grips (can we swapped out or rewrapped). Cannondale seat (has some wear on it, but no tears) - can be rewrapped. Rock Shox in the front fork with a lockout (adjustable). Asking $400 OBO. The bike needs to be serviced, but after some new cabling should ride great! Please no lowball offers or they’ll be ignored.
