Foscarini Havana Lamp, designed by Jozeph Forakis in 1993. The design is inspired by the shape of a cigar and is part of the permanent design collection at the MoMA in New York. The diffuser is made from rotationally molded polyethylene, which provides soft, diffused ambient lighting. This is an outdoor version, made from a single, weather-resistant piece of polyethylene. Retails for $673 new.
