Description

This is a Love Seat that pulls out to reveal a Hide-A-Bed. The love seat is 56" wide, 28" tall, and 36" deep. The mattress on the Hide-A-Bed is 34" wide and 72" long. The matching Ottoman is 44" wide, 24" deep, and 18" tall and is hinged so it can be opened to access an internal storage compartment. This was in a game room and was mainly used by my son and his friends when they watched TV and played video games. It's very comfortable and it was their favorite spot for gaming. It does have noticable stains from spilled drinks and such. If you can put new fabric on it you'll have a great piece of furniture that will last for many more years.
