This real Italian leather couch is in really good condition. There is some wear and tear, some leather is coming off but that could be solved! I bought a whole set for over $3000 but I am selling this love seat for only $300 You could message me if you have any questions! I have the couch in storage as of right now. I have more couches just like this one of you are interested, a big couch and an armchair. I’ll be selling all for $700
