Solid oak futon couch with two drop leaf side tables. This is a great piece and comes with a spring futon mattress. It is used and had a crack a while back I repaired with gorilla wood glue- worked great (see pics). Would be great for first apartment sofa or guest room/ office. It is pretty comfortable to sleep on, the mattress with springs definitely helps (regular futon mattresses are terrible). Non-smoking home. Must pick up, probably need at least an SUV but all pieces come apart and it will be in pieces with hardware in ziplock when you come. Cash or venmo. Must wear mask upon pick up. Futon is full size mattress but has been covered by a sheet and blanket most of it's life because I never liked the feel of the fabric (which is washable btw). Pick up at Mount Vernon Square apts.
