My Worst Car Buying Experience to Date
1.	Deceptive Sales Tactics: They sold me the car claiming it was fully functional and free of any issues, supposedly after performing a complete diagnostic check. However, just two weeks later, the battery completely died. To make matters worse, this happened while driving home from the Smoky Mountains with my kids. I can’t even imagine what would have happened if it had occurred somewhere in the mountains.
2.	Overpriced Insurance: They convinced me to purchase their most expensive insurance policies, which turned out to be completely useless.
3.	Unfulfilled Promises: At the time of purchase, I pointed out two fenders with broken clips, and they promised to fix them. Nothing has been done to date.
4.	Exorbitant Loan Rates: They locked me into the most expensive loan terms possible.

Conclusion: I would never recommend anyone to deal with this so-called outlet.

Set an appointment and drove three hours, but they sold the vehicle before we showed up. They would not send the information to put a deposit down and said the appointment would be fine. Stay away from this dealership. Poor business practices!! They also don’t send you all the pictures requested. They purposely hid damages in the picture angle with another truck. The roof looks like it was sealed from major damage and they would not send certain pictures requested.

Please stay away, THEY MADE ME PAY DEPOSIT BEFOR SEEING THE CONTRACT and said this is how it is everywhere (i am a first-time buyer, btw)!!! and you will sign papers and be sent others, you will be told APR 20% and then find out it's 23.81%,
I WAS TOLD insurance deductible must be 1000, in papers it's sais 500.
You will be told gap insurance + maintenance worth 3k+ are mandatory. Dealership fees 2000, filing 999 paper work 500+ aaaaand wait for it ( 3,000$ ) FOR reconditioning fees HAHAHA NOTHING ABOUT THE CAR IS RECONDITIONED BTW. A 15,000$ car turned out to become 26,000 and with APR over 45,000 🤣🤣 PLZ STAY AWAY THEY ARE HORRIBLE SCAMMERS WITH NO consciousness. Over 10,000 extra fees for a 15,000 car.

If you are a girl, they will 100000% milk every penny out of you.

This place is a Scam, I purchase many vehicles every year for my company and this is by far the worst dealership I ever had to deal with. They are the nicest people until they get your money and thats it. They will not answer or return your calls. And when you stop by there location they will give you every excuse in the book to resolve any issues. So heres how they scam people. They said the vehicle I purchased had a full tuneup and maintenance done to it. After purchasing it, I took it straight to the dealership where they showed me proof that nothing was changed, not even the oil. The transmission was also damaged. I called Car Factory, and they refuse to do anything. I had to Pay over $2000 in tune up cost and $6000 to rebuild the transmission. Keep in mind I had the Dealer Maintenance Package, Dealer Warranty and Extended Warranty which cost me an additional $4200 in which I told the Finance Manager I didn't even want because I know when something happens they would never cover it, and so said so done. They refused to cover anything and kept telling me I have to send an email to get this resolved. They have never replied to me not once after many emails and kept giving me the run around. I had to go out of my way to locate their main office in Miami and even had to get the Police and Lawyers involved just to speak to someone who was actually just the girl at the front desk. She had to be relaying conversations through her between my self and the Manager of Car Factory. This went on for months until I had my Lawyer reach out to them to issue a full refund for the Maintenance Package and the Extended Warranty that they scammed me for. Finally got my Full Refund for the Absolutely Useless Service. It's been so frustrating, I would NEVER purchase another vehicle from them, not even if it was $0.01 cent.
