I bought a bike over 1,200 miles away without ever seeing it in person and honestly, it went smoother than most local deals I’ve done. Christian was a huge part of that. He walked me through everything step by step, helped get the financing locked in, translated paperwork over the phone when needed, and even arranged delivery to my door. The bike showed up exactly as promised, and even after the sale, he’s still been following up and making sure everything’s good on my end. Oh he even threw in the riding jacket as a gift, a thoughtful gesture that just added to an already great experience. If you’re looking to buy a bike whether it’s across town or across the country Christian’s the guy to go to.

Went in this morning at 9:30 am. Renee we talked the day before and she was on time and got right to me and my brother and we purchased two bikes from them . She was super polite very punctual and professional with her behavior and words and got us a good deal for two. In the future if I decide to get more bikes I’ll definitely go there. And they went out of their way to ship it to us today and drop both bikes off. Thanks Renee. Amazing customer service.

Stopped in with the intent to buy a used bike or spyder. The sales person and service guy were very nice, changing the dead battery instantly.  But no test ride. So this is the 1st time no being allowed to test a used bike and know that its been sitting with a dead battery. We understand wanting to make a sale but test rides make or break a sale, especially when you have a check in your pocket. But thanks for the boost to go up the road.

Renee was absolutely great to work with—she made the whole process quick and easy. Everyone at Hill Thrill Motoplex was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Simple & Easy - I made my newest bike purchase with Renee and they made my out of state purchase as easy as can be. The deal was done within 24 hours & received my bike a week in a half after finalizing paperwork
