IMMACULATELY maintained Kitchen Aid food processor. This machine is AWESOME for people who love to cook, people who hate to cook but looking to cut down time in the kitchen or people with arthritis (like me). The only reason for selling is that I got a bigger one. At the risk of sounding like an infomercial, here's what all it does: Slices -you adjust the thickness with the lever on the front - slice an entire potato in just 2-3 seconds - I actually even use this function to prep potatoes to boil for mashed potatoes as it's faster than the chopping feature chop vegetables - different blades for different hardness shred - fine or regular, just flip the blade over for different needs Dice - awesome for homemade salsa! Puree So as you can see, this bad boy seriously has everything but birth control. It has 2 sized bowls the big one is a whopping 14 cups and has measurements on the side (like a giant measuring cup) the smaller one doesn't say what the capacity is but I would guess 6-8 cups. You pick the size of the opening the food gets pushed through. The large opening will easily fit a medium sized potato and the small opening is more for smaller/skinnier items like carrots, celery, mushrooms etc. Convenient storage containers so you never lose a piece. All parts are dishwasher safe. I originally purchased for $300 (before tax and shipping). Originally purchased because my hands weren't working well.
