Description

This is the Safe-Life Brand Hi-VIS carrier. I've used this as an officer on traffic/high profile oriented jobs. It is durable, comfortable, and breathable while working long shifts. It has three main sewn on pouches upfront. A medical/multipurpose pouch, a tourniquet/magazine pouch, and a radio/cell phone pouch. It has been kept in good condition and cleaned regularly. It is fully adjustable on the shoulders and cummberbund but is labeled a size large. It will accommodate any brand/plate armor style/cut. Does not include armor panels. Color looks faded but can assure you with honesty that is just interior lighting and my phone camera quality. The last photo is the actual 'vibrancy' of the product.
