Selling a vintage asahi pentax spotmatic sp ii (2) film camera. Comes with a SMC Takumar 55mm 1.8 lens. No lens caps. Also included is the original case for the camera With the metal pin still attached, see pics -camera is tested, shoots,& winds as it should -ccosmetically clean with normal wear from use Flaws/defects: lens shows signs of fungus/haze on front & back of lens Never saw any problems in images -no oil on blades -focuses but you can feel dust/dirt while twisting barrel, not too rough -battery compartment is locked in, I couldn't open it *assume there are batteries stuck in side, possible corrosion* people use lightmeters apps now -viewfinder has a black line across (see pic) not visible on any images taken/doesn't affect quality. Overall: camera works/shoots, but will need a new lens, Can be used as back up, sent to get CLA'd, or used for parts. Price reflects condition, but is also negotiable.
