Warranty replacement turbo cell generator for TCELL 15. One year warranty. Provided by Hayward rep although too late. IT IS THE LARGEST GENERATOR AVAILABLE FROM HAYWARD. For 40,000 gallon pool. Existing turbo cell failed but under warranty. Pool service company that it was purchased from arranged for Hayward rep to replace with TCELL940-W on Thursday. Rep was a no show. Pool company contacted rep and arranged for again, a no show with no communication. Rep had our cell number. Pool service company provided contact info for rep. On Saturday sent text to rep requesting update. No response. Pool has been down all this time so on Sunday we purchased a turbo cell from local pool equipment supplier and installed in order to use pool. Plus leaving Monday on business trip. Did not want pool to be down another week. Received call on Monday stating Hayward rep showed up with the replacement TCELL940-W. Stated we could use for a back up. Idiot! So to recoup some of the cost of one we purchased, posting here for sale.
