The stabilizer is constructed from heavy-duty 3" x 3", 11-gauge square steel with 2" hole spacing spanning the length of the 42" stabilizer bar. The crossmember improves the strength and stability of your Power Rack and allows you to add new workout stations, including Pull-Up Spheres, Shackles, Clock Hangs, and more.
