Description

I am selling this rare 8 gallon crock made by the Buckeye Pottery Co in Macomb, IL. It is in very good condition without chips and hairlines. The only defect I can see is a small chip on one of the handles. The crock measures about 15” tall and 15” wide at the rim. Buckeye Pottery began production in 1882 and the logo on this crock probably precedes the more common Blue Ribbon line. I can’t be certain of this, but if it is the case, the crock is well over a 100 years old.
