Sold "as is". This trailer cycle was used probably five times. I disconnected it and shoved it in my garage, so the back tire is flat. I was able to find most of the hardware such as the nuts and bolts, but I'm sure it is probably missing something. It does have the rack to attach it to and the instructions. Even though it has been in my garage it is in really good shape. Almost new. If someone was ambitious enough to contact Burley and try to figure out any replacement nuts or bolts, this would be a heck of a deal for 50 because it sells new close to $300.
