I saw 4.8 stars reviews on this company, but mark my words they are a 5+ star company. And I'm not a person to get persuaded easily. Took a chance from Long Island, New York to Chantilly, Virginia to look at a 2015 Maserati Ghibil. Upon arriving I spoke with a representative who got the car all ready for me.
I waited literally less than 5 mins to see and test drive the car. Car still has that new car smell, clean interior, very minor scars on front, might need new brakes etc. as with all used cars. Engine runs smooth, no accidents, AC ice cold and heat works as well. Sales person was very honest, relaxed. They filled up the gas tank and washed my car as they promised, they also paid for a 3 month warranty on the engine and transmission God forbid if something unknown was there. Very excellent customer service, very nice cars, nothing less than 5+ stars.

Amazing location to purchase a used vehicle. I have bought two trucks from Nova Autoland because they have the best prices and customer service on the market. The manager Hooman is a true to his word and honest man who gave me a 4 month tire to tire warranty in case anything is wrong. I've called both times about a vehicle with a 30 minute notice and upon arrival the car was washed, detailed, and had every engine liquid topped off with a fresh oil change waiting for a test drive. Incredible service I was in and out the door within an hour with a mint F150. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car!

I was looking to upgrade my 2012 BMW 335i hardtop convertible and found one online at Nova Autoland while I was away in California. It is a 2018 430i XDrive hardtop convertible. I emailed them to tell them that I would be in on Monday morning soon after my flight landed. Their communication was excellent and very timely. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the sales team. They brought the car out and told me to take it for a spin, which I did. I was happy with the car but really wanted to sell mine first. That is when Hooman offered to sell it for me. On consignment, I asked? To which he replied yes. I was amazed. So, I decided to move forward with purchasing the 2018 BMW that day. Paid cash so easy transaction. They even took care of getting my new car Maryland State Inspected (for a fee). Hooman spent the next few weeks advertising my vehicle for me on their website. He asked me to be patient as he felt as I did that my car was worth the full asking price. We just needed the right buyer. Well, last week, that buyer showed up. They sold my car for me and paid me the full asking price less a few small fees that I had agreed to beforehand.
I cannot say thank you enough to Hooman and his team. Not only am I very happy with my new car but I was spared the task of selling my old vehicle. If you are looking for a quality vehicle, you cannot find a better partner than the team at Nova Autoland. They are a first-class operation!

I prefer to buy vehicles private party as much as possible, but this dealership is worth checking out!  They hand-pick high quality used cars and make the car-buying process easy and efficient.  They do not pressure you or make you feel uncomfortable.  I came down from Pennsylvania back in October to buy a 2004 Toyota 4Runner.  After 9 months of ownership, it has been a great vehicle!  Hooman helped me through the buying process and made sure the vehicle was ready to be picked up the next day.  If you are skeptical about going to a dealership, at least try this one!  I am looking to purchase a 4Runner for my wife and wondering if Nova Autoland provides any discounts/incentives for returning customers.  We may return to buy another one, even though we live a couple hours away!

My husband & I flew to Chantilly, VA from Texas to purchase a vehicle from a dealership that turned out to be way less than reputable. We were going to fly back to Texas, but my husband found Nova Auto Land online. He called & spoke with Sam & Mohammadali. They were both super friendly and more importantly, their vehicles were in great shape! We ended our trip with a great car buying experience at Nova Auto Land! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car!
