Mattress is in clean and solid condition — perfect for guests. Condition: Fair to Good • Faux leather has some wear and cracking, mostly on the seat cushions • One cushion has a tear from a curious husky (see photos) • Foam in all other cushions is still supportive • Arms, backrest, and overall structure are still very comfortable Great for a spare room, rental, or someone handy with reupholstering.
