Being in the service industry and understanding a REAL relationship that you can feel is genuine is critical. When it is during the purchase of probably one of the most critical things in our modern lives it counts for even more.

Sean Sinclair (remember that name) was one of the most emphatic, empathetic and genuine people I’ve met in the last 5 vehicles I’ve purchased.

I’ve never truly felt like a car salesmen “worked” for me and more themselves. I sent him links from AutoTrader competing with his prices and all he wanted to do was work hard to beat the price and vehicle quality I sent him. In the end, he saved me around $7,000.00 with his efforts. I was NOT an easy customer. I’ll own that, yet he stayed with me and made my problems his own. Sound to good to be true? I challenge you to try it and see what comes of it. I can only speak to Sean but everyone there was incredibly kind. I won’t be shopping dealerships again. Forcing me to take “The Vanguard Guarantee” for thousands of dollars and finance it.

Sean offered me many options for packages but not once did he try to force them on me. I’ve not had actual fun buying a car until today.

He even made me personal videos of my purchase when I picked it up. Damn impressed at this guys work ethic!

I went in with my mother and nana to do what I like to consider my first big girl purchase. From the moment we stepped out of our vehicle the customer service was divine. I worked personally with Joan and Ty , both of which were absolutely AMAZING. The entire team there made us feel very welcome and took a lot of the stress off of me that way I could have some fun. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and to be honest whenever I start looking again I probably will go nowhere else but here.

I had the pleasure of working with John Gunther aka Johnny to purchase a 2025 Lexus LX600 recently and it was by far the best and easiest interaction with a salesperson I have ever had. Johnny is very kind, patient, and funny! He definitely made me feel at home, so if you’re in search of a car, he is definitely your guy! One of the best, efficient car-buying experience I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot!). 5-Stars for Kevin Moore (salesperson) he was great to work with (very pleasant) as was his associate Nick for the initial follow up that encouraged me to drive on out to Kennesaw.
I arrived having inquired on-line about a LOW miles, 2019 MB e450- it was out front waiting for my inspection and test drive- much appreciated since I drove nearly 90 minutes to get there (read as they valued my time!).  The car was absolutely as described!  After assuring/assisting me with some logistics, the sale was completed with the closing/finance team, Sean Sinclair.  Again, A GREAT experience all the way around!

Joan was prompt and quick. He was able to get me in a vehicle I wanted! I was over it dealing with multiple dealerships. There was full transparency and honesty at autonation. I told Joan what car I wanted and he made it happen. I signed same day for the vehicle once I found out I was approved for the car.
