Dining table 74L x 44w x 30h 2 extensions 18" ea Table can extend to 92 and 110" Tabletop is beautiful and in good used condition. It is conditioned, so no water stains! Normal wear, nicks on edges and legs. Detail on one leg could be sanded and stained. Upholstery on chairs could be redone or topped with pad and covered. Normal wear and nicks. Backs are 20w, seats is 22 @ widest part, seat is 17.5 from floor. China cabinet has 2 working lights, 2 glass shelves, 4 glass doors. Missing some hardware, minor nicks on edges, but overall, it is in excellent condition. This hutch seperates top from bottom. 90" tall overall (Top is 58 tall, bottom is 32 tall)
