Description

Will vary in length from 8" to 18" each. They will require a lot of water to get established, any soil but sand they like. North side loving as well. Can tolerate walnut and pine tree areas where nothing seems to grow. Whether on fences or trellis they will please in 1st year growth, and will flower too. As long as you don't cut them down after they have bloomed they will triple in size each year. Trim yes cut down no. They bloom here in mud Aug thru Oct. Middle photo is 2, two year old plants. Last photo is 38 years of trimming and containing a living fence.
