We purchased our 2023 Armada new from Southern Team. I loved the fact they allowed us to try out the vehicle without a sales associate. The process of buying was pretty straight forward. They do provide LowJack service complimentary for two years. We do love our Armada. During the purchase process we decided on the service agreement which came with several perks.
I am happy to say that I have been very happy with the service to date. The items promised in the agreement have been provided as promised without having to inquire.
To date other than the upfront service cost, I have paid no out of pocket. I have received synthetic oil changes, state inspection, tire rotation, front wiper blade replacement, mult-point inspection and they do offer free shuttle, but I have not used as I prefer to wait.
I find the wait reasonable to work performed. I keep my vehicle immaculate and after the service it is returned in the same condition.
Maria has been my service advisor on every appointment and she has done a professional job explaining  the service performed, the findings of the multi-point inspection, and scheduling future visits. I am very pleased and would recommend Southern Team.

People are nice. They  got my radio working in the used car I bought.  It took a while but they gave me loner vehicles for while it was being worked on. That's great because it is just me and one car . I would buy from them again. Everyone was nice but  Harold Woody stands out as great customer service and the head of the used car sales was very helpful and also great at customer service.

Even though there's no such thing as perfect in this world, the Southern Team Collision Center did a great job repairing my VW Jetta! I'm as satisfied as I can be with the whole experience 😌 ...

Subaru makes an excellent product and the no commission approach to sales makes the process efficient and low stress.
