Vintage MCM M 1970s Platner-Inspired Chrome Oval Ellipses Dining Table with thick smoked glass top

This Vintage, Space-age dining table is FLAWLESS, it’s RARE, and it’s FUNKY! TRY finding an identical table on google….i bet you CAN’T! The shape is so unique: it’s hour glass shape, but it’s wider on the sides, then comes in to a narrow point in the front and the back. Other style tables like this are the same size all the way around. The benefits to this shape is that it allows for more seating without the hindrance of table legs. With the right size chair, this table could comfortably fit 6+ ppl. And it’s not even a HUGE table! BACKGROUND: In the manner of Warren Platner, this 1970’s table has a polished chrome oval “Ellipses” table base with a HEAVY-duty, Thick cut piece of lightly colored smoked glass. Dimensions of Base: 22”W 38.5”L 28” H Dimensions of glass top: 42” W 60” L Both sets of chairs featured in the photos are for sale.
