Description

AIRE Tributary Twelve HD Self Bailing Raft **Introduction:** I am currently living in Sugar Grove, Illinois. I am listing the raft in Montana and Colorado because Illinois does not have a market for this type of boat. I am willing to travel to Montana or Colorado to deliver the raft, as I plan on purchasing equipment in both states soon. Pulling the raft and trailer there is no problem for me. Asking $6,000 for Boat and all accessories pictured Asking $500 for trailer **Current Condition:** This whitewater raft is in excellent condition. It has no rips or tears and does not leak, holding air all day long. While it does have some scuffs and normal scratches, they are minor and don't detract from its overall appearance or performance. I purchased this raft about three years ago in South Dakota from an older gentleman who had never really used it. They had planned on taking it to Montana and Idaho, but his wife decided she didn't want to be on the river, so it just sat in his garage. I was doing a job in Deadwood, South Dakota, and saw the ad on Craigslist. Since then, I have run the raft on the Kishwaukee River, the Vermilion River, the Colorado River, and the Arkansas River. It was perfect for the Arkansas River, which is very narrow. The only small issue is that one of the valve caps is missing the part that holds the cap together when it's unscrewed. So when you unscrew that cap, you just have to put it in your pocket. I was going to order a new one from AIRE but never got around to it. The reason I am selling it is that I'm planning to buy a 16 ft Hyside gear boat to run the Rio Grande. **Trailer Information:** The trailer was custom built by me, as I am a carpenter by trade. It's made with tinted, pressure-treated lumber, and all fasteners are TimberLock. The raft deck is 3/4-inch pressure-treated plywood, and the deck sits inside the trailer frame so that the edges aren't exposed. All the lights are brand new, and last summer I purchased three new tires and repacked the bearings. I used a thick piece of rubber, likely from EPDM roofing material, to protect the raft from the pressure-treated lumber. It drives very smoothly on the highway. **Additional Features:** I built two 3/4-inch decks out of birch plywood, applying several coats of Helmsman Spar Urethane for durability. One of the decks is for resting your feet when rowing, and the other is for standing on and fishing off the side. The deck you stand on is secured by NRS straps and is very secure. The tables you see pictured are made from 1/2-inch birch plywood. The tables mount to LowPros, and the top of the table base is welded around the tube. *Raft Specifications: Length: 12' 2" Width: 6' 1" Tube Diameter: 18" Bow/Stern Rise: 9" 2" Waterline: 100" Interior Width (center): 37.5" Interior Depth (center): 11.5" Bladder Material: Airtight thermo-welded urethane Shell Material: 2000 denier PVC (42 oz./sq yard) Air Chambers: 6 with Leafield C7 valves (including thwarts) D-Rings: 10 Carry Handles: 4 Included Thwarts: 2 Weight: 104 lbs. *Cooler YETI TUNDRA® 65 HARD COOLER Fits 77 cans Fits 58 lbs of ice Exterior - 30.8"W x 17.3"D x 16.0"H *Frame NRS Frame 10" Oar Towers (but also comes with 4") NRS Frame Flip Seat Mount Custom Tables (welded base with NRS LoPros) RAILBLAZA Fishing Rod Holder X 2 3 Seats and 2 Swivel.
