This company is unprofessional. They lied about the inspection of a vehicle (I have proof). They will try and change the sales price to higher amount once paperwork (I have proof). Providing proof of their lies. As you see price online 14,995. However, on the sales paperwork they tried to mark it to over $23,000 (insane right). Now you will also see VALID INSPECTION STICKER ON VEHICLE is checked, but as you see NO INSPECTION STICKER. Straight scamming con artists

Very unprofessional. Bought a 2018 BMW from them which I absolutely love. However, I drove 8 hours to pick up my vehicle. Upon arrival the car was not detailed nor gassed up. One of the young men there claimed to have detailed it but nothing was done.They told me they’d cashapp me gas money and I never received it and it’s been nearly a month.  I get the car home and it starts throwing a code for a SOS emergency call button that was never explained before purchasing. Also, the back breaks started squeaking and had to replace them. The problem is they said the brakes were just done. There was no oil change done on it, like they claimed so I got that done. The odometer button on my dash does not work which they failed to mention. They claimed there were run flat tires on it but that was a lie as well, in fact one of the tires doesn’t hold air at all. So all of these things they lied about cost me and ruined my car buying experience. IF you do happen to purchase from them, I recommend speaking to Jerome. He was the only one that seemed to care. Alex the finance manager gave me heavy anxiety but fixed his mess up and got me a lower payment. I knew I was buying a used car but it’s very lazy to not fix the small things and lying while receiving 15k from the purchase. Damn near feels like I bought a car from Matilda’s daddy the way they’ve lied.

Sierra was really good at her job. They all were able to work with what I had and were extremely kind. I got my car completely cleaned, and they made sure everything was working before I took the car out of the lot. I would totally come back here again!

Do NOT buy a car from these people.
The entire process was terrible.  We purchased a suburban online through car gurus that they had on their lot.  When you have it shipped to your house it comes with a “1 year engine and transmission warranty”  first the truck showed up to our house absolutely filthy and had no gas.  We were told it would be detailed and full of gas.  The transmission went out after about 3 months of owning the truck.  We had it towed to a reputable Chevy dealer close to our house, where they diagnosed the vehicle and gave a quote.  It took days to just get a hold of anyone from mega auto outlet regarding the warranty.  After lots of confusion and absolutely terrible attitudes, they said our claim was “denied”
When we asked why, all they said was… “it’s too much” nothing else.  They reviewed it again and the owner “denied” it again.  Then they decide they will cover a small portion.  Of course we said no seeing as how they are responsible for the whole bill.  After that they decided that we “ don’t have any kind of warranty with them at all” and we could have the truck towed to their shop for a free diagnosis.  We now have to get a lawyer involved because these people will not pay up what they owe.  They are lying scam artists.  Do not deal with the people.

I worked will a salesman named Dan and provided me with everything I asked for about the car I was looking at. Since I lived so far away he made a video waking around the car & inside including the engine & driving it. It just didn’t work out because of the distance from my home. He was the most helpful & honest salesman I’ve worked with in a long time. So if you live in the area & need a car, go see Dan. I promise he will take care of you.
