This tank is 20 gallons horizontally. I have used it mainly for my leopard gecko, but also a few times for my turtle. So, the tank can be used dry, or with water. The green object hanging from the lid can be removed if you’d like. The lid costs $30 and the tank cost $60 a piece brand new BEFORE tax. So, this is truly an amazing deal!
