Comfy and overall in pretty good condition. Has a few stains that can come out easily with cleaning. Cushion seat covers are removable and washable. We DO NOT have the ottoman anymore so only selling the couch by itself. Dimensions are 114 in x 93 in. It can be separated into two pieces. Throw pillows not included. Please see pictures of stains in nature light. Located in Corona. Pickup only.
