Works well as a couch and futon. Front of the couch has scratches and family leather wear out spots with moving. Needs upholstery fixers or futon cover would also work. Original selling for $400-500$. It has a storage compartment under the bed. Socially distanced curb side pick up. Pickup and load on your own please. Price is negotiable.
