In pretty good condition for its age,, started remodeling the back room and bathroom a few months ago (as of this moment there is no bathroom what so ever.. or carpet in back room) .. just needs to be finished.. the plumbing for the Rv has been gutted out by the previous owner.. no plumbing for bathroom or kitchen sink.. has to be connected to a well or something. and can only used for stationary living as in plugged into 120.. ac works great.. new fridge.. . got tied up with other projects decided to let someone else finish it... asking $1500 obo... will negotiate if seriously interested .. no title... only a bill of sale... thanks
