I had a great experience with TOP QUALITY. They all were very nice and kind to myself in my family. Anthony, Jean, Nick and Jason were great since day one. We purchased a beautiful Mercedes-Benz GLS 550, they told me that the car was in mint condition and all brakes were recently replaced. I wanted to double check that so decided to bring the vehicle to the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Rhode Island just to find out that everything they said was true.

I definitely recommend them, and I’m definitely going to buy more vehicles for them in the near future.

I am not usually one to buy from a small used dealer, but I took a chance on Top Quality Auto Sales as they had my dream car on the lot with a great price tag for what I got. Patrick who was my sales guy, was funny and outgoing, he definitely makes you feel at ease by making you feel like you’re a long time friend. Was able to test drive, get my trade checked out, and the paper work done pretty quickly, I even took the car home the same day. Nick my finance guy, he was able to even get bank approval while the bank closed for the day. Jason in finance also helped when I had to bring the car back for servicing he was there to help and assist with my follow up on the repairs, also had the car back in less than a week. Only thing I would recommend when buying a car from them is to make sure you just call them when you need to speak to someone, texting was a bit of a hassle and took a while for a reply back. Other than that, the name Top Quality Auto Sales suites them well and I would recommend anyone that is looking for a luxury car or an affordable option. Bought a 03 Mercedes Benz CL500 about 3-4 years ago from Top Quality Auto Sales at the time it only had 80k on it and looked amazing now it has 95k and still looks amazing. In the time of ownership of this vehicle I’ve only had to change the battery nothing else!! Everything was perfect even down to the customer service leading all the way to having on point communication with me while being in another state. Set up an appointment to check out a Mercedes last week. I live an hr away and made that clear to them so they could let me know if it sold etc so I don't waste my time.   When I arrived to the appointment days later there was an issue where they believed the car wasn't ready to test drive.  Me being clearly upset voiced that they should've let me know cause I spent $65 on an Uber for seemingly no reason.

The owner happened to overhear the conversation and said "come with me we're gonna take care of you"

From that moment on everything clicked.  The gentleman (John I think). Was one of the best guys you'll ever meet and he did indeed take care of me.  He brought me over to the car and it ended up all working out.

To finish it off I just drove the car home today and Jason made the whole process of buying the car the fastest in and out experience I've ever had.

I've had McDonald's drive thru orders take longer than it took Jason to finalize the sale with me.

Just got a nice jeep from here! Jim helped us find something reliable & comfortable without any pressure. Anthony & Nick were amazing with the financial process. Very respectful. This dealership has great vehicles & workers & they make sure they stand behind the cars. They are Not an a+ rating from BBB for no reason. If you’re looking to finance a car or even buy it outright I suggest you look no further! 10/10
