I have for sale a very gently used sectional. I purchased new from Mor Furniture about two years ago (paid $3200. This is the Splash model that they still sell today for the same price). It seats 6 people. The chaise reclines back. One of the other seats fully reclines and has an adjustable headrest. There are built-in cup holders along with usb and power outlets for charging. This was used in a home theater setup and only has maybe 100 hours of use. It is in perfect condition with no rips or stains. This was also in a pet free home. Included is a 70" 4K Samsung LED TV. TV is in perfect shape and includes remote. Model number for the TV is UN70TU6980FXZA. Asking $1100.00 firm
