New in the box. Never seen the light of day never used. Turns out we can't use it and can't return it. Need to pay my bills so need to get some money back on it. It was 620.00 at home Depot. It's a 27 kw and I also have a smaller new 18 kw. This one heats 8.5 gallons a min! I'm trying to pay bills and really need money back and without a receipt I can't return it. I know I won't get what I paid but anything around the halfway mark would be amazing
