I’m selling couches I bought about 3 1/2 years ago from Art Van furniture for around 1800. They are in great condition other than a break in the wood in back corner of sofa. I was going to use the warranty to fix it but art van is no longer open. It is an easy fix if you know how to sow. Super comfortable couches, pet free, smoke free. Pick up in oak lawn. Selling because they are a bit too big for my space so I would like something smaller. $500 OBO
