Definitely a great sales experience with John Torres. This is my 2nd time buying a car from John at Metro and am very pleased with his professionalism and expertise. He came in early to accommodate my schedule and was very patient. My only concern would be in regards to your service department since having a very poor experience in the past (not filling up the coolant tank when it was empty) But John tells me to give them a 2nd chance, we’ll see :)
