Model number ark/uc/18k12... Power is 18 Watts at 0.5 amps Max frosted 4 ft 4000 K and are 4 ft long. This 4 ft bulb has 96 LEDs in it. And you can leave the frosted plastic cover on or you can remove the plastic cover and have the full range of light they are bright. Lightweight and are suitable for wet locations. You can look up on the internet on how much these cost so you're getting a really good deal. $2 each I have about 25 to 30 of them. They are out of the box but do work with your existing ballast if it is equipped to hold 4 ft bulbs. I wired a few of them up stacked double to a cord for 110 for a work light and it works great.
