The mower does power on, the blade spins, and the self-propel drives. However, the mower has the following issues which need to be repaired: 1. Chunks of the deck have broken off. 2. The rear protective guard is ripped. 3. The outer insulation of the inner wire has rips which have been covered with electrical tape. 4. The bag frame was bent and has been bent back into its correct shape. The grass bag, mulch plug, start key, one working RYOBI 6Ah 40V LITHIUM battery, and one working RYOBI 40V LITHIUM charger are included.
