This is BY FAR my WORST car buying experience. PLEASE BRING A MECHANIC PRIOR TO SIGNING ANY PAPERWORK, and proceeding with your payment.

I purchased a 2011 GMC TERRAIN SLE - CASH ON DECEMBER 7, 2024. I initially inquired about purchasing on December 1st, and was given the run around about the title not arriving, I waited about a week so (because I really loved the truck, and was serious about getting things rolling).
Fwd: the title came, my payment was made, I signed off on what was needed, and was on my way.

BTW, be sure to ask about the title transfer fee. After VERBALLY TELLING ME THAT THE FEE WAS INCLUDED IN MY BUYING PRICE, NOAH then tried to charge me separately ON the day of signing (forgetting that he included the fee). Nonetheless..  after some back and forth, he suddenly remembered, and apologized! No additional fees were made, I left and that was that. I had some issues with the Catyslist Converter.. mid driving about a week in, I LOST ACCELERATION, heard a loud banging, and experienced a ton of jerking. I wasn’t far from home, so I parked up, and made my way to Noah first thing in the MORNING. Prior to, the night of me losing power, I stopped pass AutoZone and purchased the CataClean Fuel Cleaner 16.7oz - as directed by NOAH - see attached photos. Noah handled the matter promptly when I returned to the shop and I was very pleased - they checked the transmission fluid and told me keep GAS in the tank - whatever that meant - I listened, ASSUMING THAT WAS ALL OF MY WORRIES - I was on my way.

Fwd: January 4th (28/29 days from purchase) I was in route to a basket ball game, on the HIGHWAY, when my engine stopped, and shut off - MID DRIVING (See photos). Thankfully myself nor my passengers weren’t hurt. I contacted Noah the night off - he didn’t respond. I texted him the next day (1/5) detailing the issue - the disabled truck wasn’t picked up and towed from my residence until (1/6) BY NOAH. Besides trying to put blame on me for not pulling over in a prompt manner (which I expressed multiple times that I couldn’t, and that the engine shut off suddenly) we came to a conclusion that his team was going to fix/diagnose the issue and get me back on road.

It’s been a MONTH! I picked my truck up on Saturday 2/1. Paid a total of $500 in cash for “repairs” SEE PHOTOS. According to Noah the entire job + labor ran about $2400. I wasn’t proved with ANY documentation that the work was done, no evidence, no receipt whatsoever - simply a word of mouth (please view our text transcript). Nonetheless, I trusted his word and went forth with picking up the vehicle (Saturday).
To my knowledge - the oil and filter, head gasket, valves, labor and timing belt were all replaced. After pickup I stopped pass my mechanic, and the first thing he checked was the oil… my oil
level was at 24% - there was no oil and filter change. My dip stick was bone dry - multiple codes showed up on my diagnosis sheet - my engine then started knocking. Every time I stop at a light or stop sign, the car jerked. I was over it!! I stopped pass the shop 2 hrs from pick-up, notified the dad who was present and in charge at the moment (Noah was said to be out of town). According to “dad” the mechanic “forgot to add enough oil” Emmanuel (who so ever his name is) came out with 2 pints of engine oil and proceeded to poor it into my engine bay.
They said “give it until the weekend! Any problems, bring it back.” I ran some errands early Monday morning, and couldn’t even finish my tasks because the bullshit got worse! My engine was knocking, the jerking continued, I was cool from there! I took it back to the shop that same Monday - got my $500 back and 70% of my $4300. $3510 in total was refunded!
An overall 0/10 experience. They’re a bunch of fast talkers, they don’t listen, unprofessional and full shit of shit! Ask for a receipt whenever possible. HAVE A MECHANIC ON SIGHT BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!

My wife has always had anxiety with purchasing cars on her own and Noah Auto Sales did an incredible job at making her feel like she was being treated fairly and with respect.
I wasn’t able to go car shopping with her and I’m so glad that the guys at Noah were able to handle this professionally- I will be back for every vehicle myself or my family needs to purchase for the foreseeable future.

Sold me a horrible salvage Toyota Camry.

I could only go to his mechanic for repairs, that they couldn’t even fix! All of them assured me the car was in perfect condition and nothing should be done until 3 months down the line!

Once I started driving, the check engine light came on. The ABS system was horrible, my break would shake every-time I pressed on it. I took it back, his mechanic “fixed” the abs, and the check engine light. Within 4 days of driving, the break started to shake again, the check engine light came back on.

Within the 2 month, there was a radiator leak, which blew the head gasket! He didn’t honor the buy back policy, due to the fact that he didn’t want to fix the car. He assured me he would have his mechanics take a look at the car ASAP, when it started to over heat, but then had the car sitting for days!

He lacked communication throughout the whole process, every time I wanted to get a hold of him, I would have to show up myself, or send threatening messages in order to get his attention.

The mileage on the dash board had been changed. Buy with GREAT CAUTION! I recommend taking it to the dealership after purchasing so you can get the total car fax! And take back ASAP depending on the damages!

Bought a 2011 Chevy Malibu from these guys. For higher mileage it's not bad but they did neglect to tell me about a few things. But that's the business right? Just be careful of what you grab here. Bring someone experienced with cars n you'll be fine. I seen some pretty decent condition cars in here. Just study them and take your time.
