Very gently used. In fact, while not brand new, it literally has less than an hour of actual sew time logged. Belongs to my 80+ mother who has arthritis and vision issues and cannot use. Machine has been covered and well taken care of in a non-smoking home. Includes all instruction manuals and quick reference cards, and an unopened box of colored serger thread.
