Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 GA402XV 2023 165hz QHD+ Ryzen 9 7940HS RTX 4060 32GB 2TB

Bought this laptop on Christmas 2023 to play Baldur's Gate 3 with decent settings. I immediately upgraded the RAM to 32GB 5000MHz and the SSD to a WD Black 2TB. I admit that I let myself be bedazzled by the looks of this machine. The more I used it, the more I started to dislike it. I really prefer 15" to 17" laptops. The screen is too small and too bright for my eyes, especially if I had a long play session. It is fast, though. The Ryzen 9 is overkill for this machine and the RTX 4060 it has. CPU intensive games like GTA V run past 80fps. BG3 runs decently from 80-100 fps on High settings. CP 2077 runs from 70-90 fps depending on the load on Ray Tracing Low settings. Thermals are surprisingly kept kept under control for such a thin laptop. Really, this Zephyrus is an extremely capable all-around computer.
