I saw a Cadillac for a good price of $1,500. I test drove it, I paid $1900 expecting some change. She “Mary” said it was $1,000 for dealer fees, which I thought was high. So I still owed $600. I think they seen the money I had when trying to buy a can soda, a coworker gave me change. When I brought the $600 to pay the car off, she gave me a receipt with a small balance. I had to pay for the license plate, which was another $500 but I got a break because of a tag I turned in to dmv. So a $1,500 car end up costing me &3,000. And yes Ms.Mary did laugh at me when I was surprised and upset that I was still in debt to them after shelling out $2,500. Don’t get me wrong when first purchasing we laughed and talked about her business. I just think the $1,000 dealer fee was due to her greed, but I could’ve stopped the deal at anytime, therefore I give them 3 stars. I will definitely buy from them again, but only if the dealer fee is lower. Update if the dealer fee was $500 then when I paid the $1900 I would’ve only owed a $100, because the total price was $1,500. But I owed $600. I’m honest to a fault and have no reason to lie. Also I had enough cash on me to pay the car off. I could’ve paid $600. And if it only a hundred I know I would’ve paid it off. Mary is a lier, a snake. You look back over your records and when you see I’m telling the truth then mail me $500. I’m removing two stars because of your dishonesty.

All of a sudden they don't do financing which is a joke so everyone during tax season don't go here with $1000 and expect to make payments the owner says she wants full payment for all her vehicles she no longer takes down payments and you do a monthly payment only full payment for cars plus the $1100 dealership fee good luck maria anyone looking for a car and wants to make $200 payments with $500 down call z motors cause she finna miss out on thousands. I brought two cars from here two years in a row the second car Brett you sold me the car with a failed brake pump with my children there a 2 year old and a one year old you knew you were selling me a car with a failed brake pump I'm not mad that she won't finance to me because I have a car I know not to come back to you because you sell bad cars you're selling lemons at a low cost so that when the people cars go out they don't really care because the cars are under $3,000 you're going to get what you deserve you think that God did not see you sell me a car with a messed up brake pump system I could have died I was in the hospital with severe bleeding on my brain because of the car that you sold me I'm not mad I'm actually disgusted I don't have the issue making payments on my card now nor when I had one for you I paid off a car from you before so I never had an issue with payments you are a bad business you do bad business that's why you're able to give people cars for $160 a month with no insurance you don't even make people have insurance because you know these cars aren't worth anything

My wife gets all her cars from here. Pretty great prices and options to choose from. The people there are great. We recommend this place to all our family and friends

I am writing to inform you that I intend to take legal action against your business for misrepresentation and fraud concerning the sale of a vehicle. You knowingly failed to disclose critical information about the condition of the vehicle, which subsequently broke down less than two weeks after purchase.

This is not how a reputable business should operate. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General’s office. The Attorney General’s office will provide legal support and conduct a formal investigation into your business practices, including an audit of the number of vehicles sold that failed within 30 days.

I strongly urge you to consider resolving this
matter promptly and professionally before it escalates further.

I love this place cars are from the auction they come as is but you can really find some great cars here that last. The customer service is great. They make me feel like family. They also do tags and temporary tags. So it's very convenient. You can  view  cars online before you come. This place is the best and the family who run it are trust worthy helpful and have great energy. Dont miss out you won't be disappointed
