Description

This particular plant has an interesting color gradation. While the color of the leaves looks a bit like chocolate in the photos, in person, it is an interesting mix of pretty, muted pinks and purple, with some brown thrown in. It’s a semi-rare Episcia. The color will become richer and more defined as this plant gets exposed to a little direct sun, either early in the morning or late in the evening. Keep away from direct exposure to full sun (12noon-5pm). Episcia is a relative of the African violet. It flowers from spring through fall. The plant for sale is juvenile so you can expect to be rewarded with colorful blooms starting next year.
