I brought in my 2021 Yukon Denali for a service, this was my first time using Elk Grove GMC. Christian was the Service writer and he was Very professional, Knowledgeable and a great personality. Christian went over some things that I will be back for in the future like service intervals and warranty stuff. The Tech returned my vehicle to me as clean as it showed up which is a big deal to me as many places will leave greasy finger prints. The inside of the dealership is very clean and has the goods to keep you occupied while you wait. They had me in out on a busy Saturday Faster than I was able to finish my coffee which was awesome.
