Rogue Metal Jerk Blocks for Olympic weightlifting. Great training tool to improve pressing, jerking, front and back squat for Olympic weightlifting and strength and conditioning. Fully adjustable heights increments from 34”-44” (2” increments) Footprint: 26.5” x 38.5” per block Specs: Constructed with 11 gauge steel and weighing ~530lbs this set can take an enormous amount of punishment. Top blocks measure 24”x31.25” and are made from 0.25” steel plating reinforced with 2x2” and 2x3” 11 gauge steel. Steel top plate cross bracing 0.25” to ensure they will never bend or collapse. Thick rubber matting of 0.375” minimizes sound and bounce. 1” tall bent lip to keep the weights from rolling off.
