Beware of CarWarriors LLC – Untrustworthy Business Practices

This was my first and definitely last time dealing with CarWarriors LLC. They told me my financing was approved, so I gave them a down payment and even got charged for insurance. Later, I found out the bank did not accept the deal at all. Despite that, they refused to return my down payment. It feels like they just rushed to say “you’re approved” just to get my money.

This is not how a legitimate or honest company should operate. Be extremely cautious — once they have your down payment, good luck getting it back. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. You know how hard to a regular person to have 2500 saved and you tell me I’m approved to rush me to do down payment so you can keep it.

‼️ FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ‼️ I made an appointment and kept in contact with the team and management for a specific car. Called and texted them to confirm the appointment and if the vehicle was still in the lot, they claimed and said yes. I drove 5 HOURS to come see my dream car. When I arrived I asked for the car and this lady came up to me and said the vehicle was not for sale or in the lot due to the title being invalid. Told the lady that I spoke with the manager and the manager gave me a whole different story about the car now being held for another “ client “ the manager was now trying to sell me other cars was I was not interested at all. I was very disappointed, I checked online for other dealers and I saw the exact Mustang on FB and my partner texted Orlando if the mustang was available and the manager said YES. I was beyond frustrated and disappointed with the false advertisement.

THANKFULLY i found another dealership Auto Nation Chevrolet Miami that helped me with everything. ‼️‼️‼️FYI THE MUSTANG IS ALL OVER FACEBOOK ‼️‼️
