This charming set of 5 toy characters, Christopher Robin doll comes with his four plush friends - Doll and accessories (in MINT condition) by Madame Alexander is styled on the Disney version of A.A. Milne's Winnie-the Pooh. Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day set features 8" Christopher Robin, with blonde hair and blue eyes, dressed in a yellow chintz raincoat and hat over a blue and white gingham shirt and blue shorts. His brown suede boots are detailed with straps and buckles. His friends, Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore and Tigger are by his side. They are made of firmly stuffed fabric. The animal friends have jointed limbs and can sit or stand. This set was introduced in 2004, and retired in 2011. A rare find.
