Mid Century Modern Credenza Sideboard Buffet by Blowing Rock Furniture Industries This Credenza was made in North Carolina by Blowing Rock Furniture Industries in the 1960's. It features a suspended base, beautiful walnut graining, brass pulls, three center drawers and two cabinets on each end with fixed interior shelves. This piece comes out of a family estate that included a second identical credenza and china hutch as well as dining table with two leaves and six chairs. Please message if interested in the matching pieces as they have yet to be listed. This piece has been under a glass top for the past 50+ years and is in excellent vintage condition. As noted, this piece was part of a larger dining room set. We still have the original box that table table leaves came in. This particular set was shipped to the George J. Kempler, Furniture Co at 160th 5th Ave (at 21st Street) New York 10010. 5th Ave!!....just to give you an idea of the quality of this line. See last pics and local New York advertisement.
