After my 18-year-old son was involved in two accidents that left both of my cars totaled in less than three months, I was determined not to overspend on another vehicle. I’m not an easy customer to please, especially when it comes to big purchases like a car. But I left with absolutely no buyer’s remorse and complete confidence in my decision.

Got a Jeep hemi truck from there . When I got home and got in againI had a knocking noise. I thought it was the Engine mounts.  I checked the Carfax history and I seen that the engine mounts was replaced. But as I accelerate, there was knocking noise . Took it to the Mechanic they looked at the car and said the engine mounts are brand new it might be a transmission problem, my heart dropped . They test drove it. They said they don’t see no problems. Long story short . The Jeep is a 4 x 4, so I was driving in the Wrong mode I must’ve touched it while I was changing the gears or playing around with the features of the car so happy I got this car . Progarage knew I wanted this car and I couldn’t afford it right away and they really work with me and was patient with me as I work my way to get in this truck . I would say as to getting any car take Mechanic with you to diagnose before buying but upon getting this vehicle the only issue I have was a loose gas cap which is about $150 job parts and labor included. I purchased a 2017 Chevy sonic in April and by September the engine was done. The car had a constant leak which left me on the side of the road plenty times from it overheating and smoking. I had to repair the radiator, spark plugs and battery within 2 months. It has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!  I chose to finance so I’m still responsible to pay for this LEMON. There is only 30 day warranty and after that your own your own.. I let them know what has went on these past few months and was told there’s nothing they can do. I ended up selling the car to CarMax, had to do a settlement and  now without a vehicle at all. PLEASEEEEE DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS HERE !! There are plenty of other places to go.

Excellent service and attention. I bought my 2021 BMW X3 from them and I couldn't be more grateful. Not a single problem (and that's saying something for Miami). Thanks, Martin, for your attention!
