Super Low miles (under 6k) first service already performed with OEM parts. This rig has not sat idle I start the engine and generator every couple weeks and move it around the property so the tires don’t flat spot. This rare model has two ramps off the garage that also can be used as suspending porches, meaning if you’re towing a trailer you could load out the garage from the side ramp without unhooking the trailer. Has a separate tank and pump for filling ATVs. Garage has enough space to park a Smart Car inside. This model also has room to walk from the front cab all the way to the garage with the slides in which is nice. It has some issues but I can show you exactly where/what as I’m the second owner and a certified master technician so diagnosis won’t be needed. The hot water heater has a leak. There’s an electrical connection between the cab and firewall that should be cleaned or replaced. There’s some water intrusion damage above the drivers seat area and I feel the passenger side slide motor is getting weak. It had a ton of work done under warranty a couple years ago, I have all the paperwork on that still. The drivetrain is in great shape, interior is still very nice for the most part. Lots of TVs inside and out. Loft space is comfortable. Couch converts into a sectional and pulls out into a giant sleeper. I love this rig but my original plans to tour with my girlfriend fell through when we broke up. I had an RV place offer me $108k for it as is a couple years ago. For someone handy who’s got the time they could enjoy an amazing rig for a great price. Possibly might consider a car/truck as a partial trade.
