I had this custom made from Lazyboy several years ago. With a storage ottoman - I’ve always kept a throw on the ottoman to protect it too. SUPER comfy! Great shape. Performance material. Feels like suede Non-smoking home. I have a small non-shedding dog. I’m preparing for a full remodel and will need this moved around the 1st of July. Dimensions are 97.5 “ x 97.5” Ottoman is 24” x 42” Sectional is 3 pieces and easy to move.
